The Universal template from Recsite is the standard free template that comes with the product. It offers a vanilla design which basically means it will naturally fit within another website. It includes dynamic job adverts, cv/resume parsing, login functionality and personalised content. The background banner and logo image can be customised by each client.

Released on June 19th the new dashboard calendar gives a clear location to manage all your recruitment tasks within Recsite. You can add reminders from either the Candidate or Contact profile pages and can reschedule these events by dragging and dropping them from the dashboard calendar.

Please see a short tutorial on this new feature below:

The Contacts section gets a makeover in the latest release of Recsite. The filters are moved to the top of the page horizontally allowing for easier combined search. Actions such as email and scheduling move up to the top bar and type-ahead functionality helps to connect drill down to relevant contacts.

It's becoming increasingly expected for companies and recruitment brands to offer a Careers section on their website. This area of web design is very much under-developed, one of the main reasons Recsite was launched in 2012.

Our platform can be used to connect smartly to a company website to display Job Adverts and receive applications from real candidates. We're complete geeks when it comes to Career Pages, Recruitment Websites or Corporate Job Boards - whatever you want to call them, we cant get enough. In fact when we see a poorly designed Careers Website with out-dated job adverts and broken links, well it makes us do a small cry.

On May 25th the new EU-wide rules about data protection come into affect. The key points within an employment context, in my view, are:

  • Candidates reserve the right to know what has happened to their personal data on or after the recruitment process
  • Regulators will respond to even a single complaint expecting a detailed breakdown of how data was managed
  • Fines can reach 4% of global revenue for breaches

As part of their driver recruitment campaign our production team created a short trailer to attract potential drivers into the company.

An integrated landing page was also created to target local drivers to AllWest via the CoachUSA recruiting system.

Recsite producion team had a hoot filming a worklife video for client The Fix Creative. Highlighting their unique approach to creative recruitment, the video also captures the work culture at their Windsor HQ.

Transport and logistics firms can benefit from automated and integrated hiring. Steady supply of key driving personnel, pre-approved and ready to roll, can cause major headaches, Recsite now offers an easier route to better recruitment. Our client CoachUSA has benefitted from the automated and integrated hiring of a Recsite system powering their recruiting brand website at www.coachusa.jobs.

We've been very, very busy over the last few months putting the final touches to the new Recsite version. As someone famous once said, 'The details are not the details, the details are the design'. If you are a client or partner please get in touch for an advance preview.

"Work Culture isn’t a foosball table or trust falls. It isn’t policy. It isn’t the Christmas party or the company picnic. Those are objects and events, not culture. And it’s not a slogan, either. Culture is action, not words."
